Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs clearance, courier operations, or external factors beyond our control. SOONCH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy (No Returns or Refunds)

We offer only exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Force Majeure

SOONCH shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or courier delays.
