Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery
• ₹50.00 flat rate return shipping
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• The item must be returned in its original condition

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged

• Size exchanges (subject to availability)
• Exchange for another product available on the website

Price Difference Policy

• If the new item selected is priced higher than the original item, the customer must pay the price difference in full before the exchange is approved and dispatched.
• If the new item is priced lower, no refund or balance amount will be issued.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion and will be valid for 1 year.

What Cannot Be Exchanged

• Sale or discounted items
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Each order is eligible for a single exchange only. After an exchange is completed, the order becomes ineligible for additional exchanges. We kindly request customers to refer to the size guide and product details carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
All purchases made on Soonch are final, except where an exchange is approved under this policy.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange at no additional shipping cost.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
